Anyway, yesterday I was talking to someone and I made some joke about the DeLorean. They didn't know what I was talking about so I reminded them that it was the time machine from the Back to the Future movies and then she said something that shook me to my very core. "I've never seen Back to the Future." ... I just couldn't wrap my mind around that. That was the first person over 10 years old that I've ever known that has admitted to never seeing any of the Back to the Future movies. Even worse, she hadn't even heard of them before and had no idea what I was talking about. She just turned 18 and she has never heard of the Back to the Future series. Even crazier is that I turned to someone I know that walked up and told them that she (the 18 y/o) had never seen Back to the Future and then she (the person who walked up) said that she's never seen them either. I've lost all faith in humanity.

It's surprising. In my circle of friends, every guy has seen it, no doubt. Half the girls, interestingly enough, may have. Nobody in my school that I know, except for the extra-awesome student advisory guy who's seen just about every 80's movie ever created.
