STATUS Sometimes goodbye is a second chance	Zetaboards has released an upgrade to the servers. Some of these upgrades are Admin Cp features that really don't affect anyone but me. But others, the ones listed below, do affect you guys. Shall we go through the list: Forum jump added to Active Topics page Cybrus - The Forum Jump was added back to the forums a while back. Not sure if anyone noticed it. Basically, at the bottom of the page, you'll see a drop list that will quickly allow you to jump to another folder without having to go to the main page. Spoiler BBCode tags now have an optional title parameter. Cybrus - Works like the Quote system, basically. You can now label your spoilers: This is me showing you what I mean See what I mean? Image BBCode tag now supports resizing Cybrus - Helps to prevent larger images from stretching the forum page. It's not automatic though, so you have to insert the re-size information yourself. Example: Code: `[img=350,150]http://209.85.122.85/10700/173/0/p1000869/smokebanner2.jpg[/img]` Would you give you an image that looked like: You can still see the full size banner by viewing the image. (right click, view) Option to show buttons for each BBCode. Cybrus I have all the buttons added right now. As always, I can customize it to forum preferences. I doubt we'll be using the sub or sup buttons much, so those can go away, if the forum prefers. I wouldn't be surprised if some people didn't even know about these codes until now, though. . Also, the List button isn't showing up. Not sure why. I'll have to look into it. Advanced double post merger. If a user makes two consecutive posts in a topic, they will be merged into a single post. Cybrus - Currently, I have it set up so that if you double post within 24 hours, then your posts will just be merged. However, if you double post after 24 hours, your posts will be merged and the topic will be bumped. I can alter those settings though, or even turn the feature off. Really, the only time people double post is to post updates in wrestling threads or whatever. I could turn the feature off if people prefer. Enjoy the updates and (as always) be sure to let me know if you'd prefer any of the settings to be altered. Majority opinion decides. This isn't an upgrade for us, since we aren't Premium, but there is a Shoutbox upgrade being worked on. You can view the details HERE. On the ZB Support forum, the Shoutbox looks like: Shoutbox Preview So, basically, it'd be like an extra category that you could collapse away if you didn't like.

I'll most likely still add it whenever it gets added as a true feature. It's just in the testing phase at the moment. Who knows how many bugs they'll find, how long it'll take to fix those bugs, or how long it'll stay as a premium feature (I don't exactly trust that 2 week deadline). It looks collapsible, so you won't have to see it if you don't wish. I don't know if it'll stay as a full feature, since a lot of people have already said they dislike it, but it could be a good feature to add as a "live chat" type thing. Remember how we had that "live chat" chat room pinned thread in the GD folder? Same basic principle.

When it'd merge my double posts, I'd often end up seeing a blank page and would have to open the thread again to get back to the thread, it wouldn't always bump my topic like it was suppose to. Besides, I don't think many people double posts enough to warrant the usage of the feature. Also, I've turned off the preventive topic shouting filter. So no longer will we see WWE become Wwe or anything like that. Don't abuse the shouting and I won't turn the filter back on.
