Since "spoiler" is in the thread title, I see no reason to hold this conversation in spoiler tags. Lets put it all out in the open. :magic:

I thought Rey was in desperate need of another knee surgery? I don't see WWE putting the World Title back on Rey, but it'll be interesting to see how well he and Taker mesh. I think Taker is a much better worker than many give him credit for. Rey isn't nearly as good as he was before he bulked up, but is still a fun wrestler to watch. I think they could deliver some good matches if they don't go with the "Taker big. Rey small. Taker hurt Rey" booking. Remember how good the Taker/Jeff Hardy matches were when Taker was the Undisputed Champion?

I only remember one ladder match between Taker and Hardy.

And it was awesome. There were more, though, weren't they? Because that ladder match was like the blow-off to their mini-feud. I remember Taker doing that awesome chair shot where he'd wrap the chair around Jeff's throat, then slam the chair into the turnbuckle or onto the ground so that the chair would cram into Jeff's throat. Then, he did it to Matt Hardy as well, so it had to be a feud that lasted longer than one match. Right?

# December 17, 2001 - RAW: Hardcore Champion The Undertaker defeated Jeff Hardy..

# June 24, 2002 - RAW: The Undertaker defeated Jeff Hardy..

# July 1, 2002 - RAW: Undertaker BARELY defeated Jeff Hardy in a Ladder match for the Undisputed Championship..

# November 14, 2008--SmackDown!: The contract signing between Triple H & Vladimir Kozlov was interrupted by Jeff Hardy..
# ~~~MAIN EVENT: Jeff Hardy defeated The Undertaker in an Extreme Rules match but did not get the title shot he was promised..

4 matches, the last two I can remember easily.

And that 2002 Taker-Hardy feud lasted a month.

Actually Cybrus, you might be thinking of the whole Undertaker/Hardy Boyz stuff that went on in early '02 (?) where Undertaker took out both brothers as well as Lita. That doesn't count as part of their feud that you're thinking of.

Maybe, I don't remember much about what I'm talking about, actually. The only things I remember is that Taker/Jeff Hardy ladder match where, I believe, Taker kept trying to leave and Jeff kept asking Taker to come back only for Taker to hand him his ass again and try to leave again. And I remember those awesome chair shots Taker did on the Hardy Boys. I should find a Youtube clip of that sometimes.

That was a great ladder match though. That was the match which elevated Hardy into a singles competitor and not just a tag-team guy. Of course he had to ruin it by taking drugs and getting fired by WWE a few months after, but it really was great on both 'Taker's and Hardy's part.
