STATUS Sometimes goodbye is a second chance	6 Star is happy to announce the next advancement in rebuilding our E-Fed community. After brainstorming for nearly a month, the new SWF category has been created! We are currently still in re-build mode, so you may not register characters or start roelplaying just yet. However, you are free to apply for E-staff positions and offer suggestions that will continue the growth of our next E-Fed adventure. And if you are not an E-Fed fan, you are free to minimize the new E-Fed category.

What I mean is that you did not add or change the way the fed is set up or run. Players, E-staff that write shows based on whatever schedule is decided on, etc. Nothing new has been added or changed to correct?

The organization is basically the same, yes, since all the feedback I was given said that the layout was almost flawless. The only thing I ever heard about the layout is that character registration was confusing. E-Staff set up will change as will show writing. Weekly shows (or every other week shows) will most likely be a combo of writing styles depending on the amount of effort players put into their matches and much time the E-Staff have to write. Squash matches will probably be as simple as "Person A beats Person B". They'll also be recap matches that are about the size of this paragraph. And -- probably for important main events or matches that saw a large level of roleplaying that week -- their be full match results. A combo of the three writing strategies is the goal. This will make the shows look and feel different each week, give motivation for people to RP more, and lighten the E-Staff load. For Staff set up, I'm still taking your suggestion into consideration (Booker/Writer teams) and my idea (team leader to supervise and pick up the slack). It will not be the same as it was, though, for the obvious flaws in the old system.

I asked the questions because you have the e-fed section up and asked for people to throw their name out if they wanted to apply for e-staff position. But, there was no mention of new or different responsibilities so one could only assume that the position you applied for was going to be the same as the old staff was. No organizational plan had been put out so It left me wondering how it was going to run. There had been discussion and suggestions, but you never said what your plan for the fed was going to be. Now, we know. Thanks.

But now, with graduation hitting closer and closer, and working at the same time, not to mention Baseball season just started. If I were to do this I would be part time. Not to even mention most times I'm seen on Call Of Duty or anything online gaming than the computer so it's a whatever move for me lol.

STATUS Sometimes goodbye is a second chance	We've had the new E-Fed active for some 3 weeks now and only 1 person has applied for staff. We cannot run an E-Fed without an effective staff. I think I'm going to take this as a sign of current disinterest and put the E-Fed away. There's no reason to start off with an already apathetic mood.

Thanks to Prodigy and Desire for showing interest as E-Staff, but there is no point in starting with a lackluster enthusiastic starting base.
